Contact Privacy Help

Only 3rd party recruiters who subscribe to Net-Temps can view your resume. Employers do not have resume access.

  • When creating or editing your resume, you have the option of suppressing your contact information for confidentiality.

  • By selecting the box "Don't display my contact information", recruiters are unable to view this information. Instead, when your resume is displayed, it will say "Name Withheld" and your phone information will not be available either.

  • You will always be able to view your contact information even if the "Don't display my contact information" box is checked.

  • If a recruiter wants to contact you, an email will be forwarded to you from Net-Temps.

    ****Important****

  • If you want your contact information to remain private, make sure you do not include any of the information in the body of your resume (Section 3 on the Copy and Paste form).

    Resume Privacy Help

    Only 3rd party recruiters who subscribe to Net-Temps can view your resume. Employers do not have resume access. Net-Temps has over 7,500 recruiters and staffing agencies with job openings that subscribe to our service and allows them to search our resume database for candidates matching their job requirements.

  • Resume privacy gives you the ability to make a resume active or non-active.

    Active Resume

  • When a resume is active it becomes available in our searchable resume database and may be viewed by recruiters.

  • Recruiters may contact you directly about job openings via the contact information provided on your resume.

    Non-Active Resume

  • If a resume is non-active it is no longer searchable and available to recruiters.

  • Select the resume you want to send to recruiters and apply online to job openings.

    Change The Privacy Status

    There are 2 places where you can change your resume privacy status:

  • Select Access Resume from your Job Search Assistant.

  • Go to the resume you wish change. Click on the 'Change' link on the far right hand side.

  • A prompt will appear asking if you really want to change the status of the resume. Click 'Ok' or 'Cancel'.

    Or

  • Edit your resume in the Copy and Paste.

  • Go to Section 5 'Privacy Options' and change your selection

  • Click the 'Submit' button.
